Time for some more breath hold pool training! i start out wearing swim goggles to warm up. no nose clip though, so i have the added challenge of water sneaking up my nose. after i do a couple holds, i remove my goggles and surrrender to the water with nothing on my face at all. the sensations of the cold water in my eyes
