Now i've been partying for hours and it's time to go home. i'm wearing a black top, sparkly miniskirt, black stockings and nude colored christian louboutin kate shoes. the hotel isn't that far away so i decide to walk, but my feet are starting to hurt after hours of dancing and mingling. if i walk slowly it's fine, but my ankles are about to give up, so i have to take a few breaks along the way to rest my feet. it's nice to kick off my shoes. the shortest way home is through a park. i don't know how wise it is with these expensive shoes, but i do it anyway. i try to take the shortest route and that is over the grass. my heels sink into the grass and my shoes get stuck. it ends up that i have to take my shoes off and walk in the wet grass in just my stockings. my feet get wet and cold from the wet grass, so when i get to the gravel road i put my shoes back on. i walk a bit with and a bit without shoes through the park. the grass is the most difficult surface to walk on. the heels are so thin and just want to sink with every step i take. i had to take a few breaks through the park too. nice to sit and rest. when i finally arrive at the hotel i have to take off the one shoe that hurts the most and i end up walking the last bit to the hotel room with only one shoe. when i get into the hotel room i collapse on the bed. finally home.
