After trying to look at my workouts over and over again, you're here, but on one condition: that you follow my rules... The guy who was blatantly staring at me in the gym without my permission is now being held in my private room. I'm keeping it here so you can get a closer look at my biceps workout, although he's not allowed to touch me or get too close. I do bicep curls and use resistance bands to finish the routine; I don't let it touch me: it can only look and follow my orders.
